END PROCESSES
- 1Press "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Escape." The Task Manager opens.
- 2Click the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager, right-click "av.exe" and select "End Process."
- 3Close the Task Manager.
Delete Registry Entries
- 1Click "Start," type "regedit" into the search field and press "Enter." The Registry Editor opens.
- 2Delete each of the following registry entries from the left pane of the Registry Editor. To delete a registry entry, right-click the registry entry and select "Delete." Only delete the listed registry entries. Delete Files
- 1Click "Start" and type "WRblt8464P" into the search field. Right-click the file that appears in the results list and select "Delete."
- 2Click "Start" and type "av.exe" into the search field. Right-click the file that appears in the results list and select "Delete."
- 3Restart your computer.
